The Digital Experience Center (DEC) is transforming Humana into a human-centered, tech-driven company. We accomplish this by developing human-centered healthcare software rapidly, flexibly and efficiently and by enabling our partners to be their best and do their best work.

Culture of Learning

We work to acquire knowledge through everything we do. Our delivery of software is based on our ability to successfully collaborate with, learn from, and enable our partners. We use the products we develop as vehicles to learn. Are we solving the right problem with the right solution? Feedback is essential to our learning. Continuously refining how we work, based on what we learn, places technology into the DNA of our business.
